Wood wool as litter for dogs

Advantages of wood wool over other types of litter, such as straw, old carpets, blankets, hay…
- dustless – does not irritate dogs’ eyes
- thermally insulating – conducts damp over fibres to the outside, drying up and creating dry, thermally comfortable space around the dog Wood wool can also dry out a wet dog
- antiallergenic – easy manipulation for pet owners with allergies
- protects against mildew and germs
We recommend fluffing up the wood wool and filling half the kennel with it. Add more in case of need. For medium-sized breeds, 5 kg is a sufficient amount for an entire season. Wood wool should be stored fluffed-up in open containers (needs to be aired).
